  • Focused Hiring Model: Assign one role per week, continuing for a year – ideal for building a strong and steady talent pipeline.

  • Candidate Shortlisting: We provide a curated list of pre-screened candidates for the selected weekly role.

  • Walk-In Coordination: Selected candidates are invited to your workplace for direct interaction and assessment.

  • Direct HR Engagement: Candidates contact your internal HR team directly, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.

  • CV Sharing: All candidate CVs are shared in advance with your HR team for review.

  • Hands-On Evaluation: Allows for live observation and interaction with potential hires before moving forward.

Pricing:

  • Single Role (1 role/week for 1 year): ₹35,000 + GST

  • Two Roles Simultaneously: ₹70,000 + GST

  • Three Roles Simultaneously: ₹1,00,000 + GST (₹5,000 discount included)
